Attendees earned CME credits while learning from leading experts in fields like functional medicine, immunology, and infectious diseases. The event also offers a platform to discuss advances in diagnosis, treatment, and supportive care approaches tailored for complex Lyme disease cases.
Who Attended?
The conference is designed for medical professionals, including MDs, DOs, NDs, PAs, NPs, RNs, and researchers specializing in vector-borne diseases. According to ILADs, over 400 doctors from 34 states and 10 different countries attended the event.
The 3 day conference featured dozens of educational seminars and reports from researchers and providers in the field. There were a total of 47 speakers with a wide variety of backgrounds, including 43% MDs, 23% PhDs, 11% NDs. The remaining speakers were patient advocates, caregivers and supporters.
There were also multiple nonprofit partners represented, including Tick-Boot Camp who hosted an onsite podcast mini-series, Center For Lyme Action who recruited people for their annual fly-in, and of course, Project Lyme.
We are thrilled to continue our collaboration with Project Lyme. We are grateful for the investment in clinician education at our conference through grants and information-sharing.

Project Lyme’s Involvement
Thanks to your generous donations Project Lyme has been able to underwrite a portion of the ILADS conference for 3 years in a row. The money has helped sponsor doctors who have never attended before come to soak in the fundamentals course and learn from their peers.
If doctor education is your goal, we invite you to make a donation to fund these efforts.
