Phyllis and Scott Bedford founded the LymeLight Foundation after witnessing firsthand the impact Lyme disease can have on children and young adults. Through compassion, leadership, and an unwavering commitment to equitable care, they have helped provide more than $11.7 million in grants to 1,639 individuals across all 50 states — giving hope and access to treatment for families who need it most.

MAL meet-ups occur a couple of times a month and are geared towards mothers raising children with Lyme, or mothers with Lyme themselves. It serves as a support group where you will discuss a common theme each meeting, share stories of your own struggle caused by Lyme, as well as hear advice from other mothers going through the same things as you.
