Lyme

About the Event

Project Lyme is proud to provide a platform to support men who have been affected by Lyme disease and associated infections. The Men’s Support Group involves regular virtual meet-ups via Zoom. Participants will discuss a common theme at each meeting, share stories of their own struggles caused by Lyme, and hear advice from other men going through the same things as them. Join us by registering through the links above!

About the Hosts

The Men’s Support Group is hosted by Lyme survivor and advocate David Butler. David, 43, was in physical and mental pain for 32 years — most of his life — and was diagnosed with a host of issues, from MS, ALS, and Parkinsonism to depression, anxiety, and suicidal thoughts. Finally, he saw a doctor who understood tick-borne diseases, and he tested positive for Lyme disease and Bartonella. The improvement in his symptoms has been remarkable. Now, he wants to help others by hosting meet-ups to share struggles and tips and build a community.
