Having spent his career pushing for progress in the government and non profit sectors, Noah is a mission-driven leader and partner with a strong drive for results.

Starting as a Communications Coordinator for the Baltimore County Council, he led constituent outreach, media relations and supervised community infrastructure initiatives. Later he began working for the CASH Campaign of Maryland where he started as a Community Fellow and ended up managing several sites throughout the Baltimore-Washington D.C. Metro Region in financial services including tax and asset development to low income populations. In April 2020 he moved to New York City and joined Project Lyme as an Interim Administrator and now serves as the Administrative Director. In this position, he coordinates effective marketing communications, website design, donor relationships, human resources and financial management. Noah strives to maintain Project Lyme’s place as the authority on policy and science in the Lyme Disease Community.

Noah graduated from the University of Baltimore with a B.A. in Government and Public Policy with a minor in Marketing Communications.
